This Privacy Policy explains how Dexsport may collect, use, store, protect, disclose, and otherwise process Personal Data connected with users during their interaction with the Interface. Dexsport determines the purposes and methods of such Personal Data processing. Questions or privacy-related inquiries may be sent to [email protected].

This Policy applies only to Personal Data submitted through the Interface or collected during user interaction with it. It does not apply to information obtained offline, through unaffiliated websites, or through services that are not connected with the Dexsport Interface.

The Interface is intended only for adults. Users may access or use the Interface only if they are at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Dexsport does not intentionally provide services to minors and does not knowingly collect or process Personal Data belonging to children. If a user discovers or suspects that a child has submitted Personal Data through the Interface, the situation may be reported to [email protected]. After reviewing and verifying the case, Dexsport will delete the relevant information where appropriate.

Scope of Data Processing

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data processing activities arising from user interaction with the Interface. Dexsport may process Personal Data where it is necessary for platform operation, maintenance, security, analytics, performance monitoring, communication, and optimization.

Dexsport may also work with external service providers where their support is required for technical maintenance, project management, communications, analytics, statistics, marketing-related services, performance monitoring, security assurance, or operational support. Such providers may access Personal Data only where this access is necessary for the relevant service. Their access is limited to the assigned service purpose and related responsibilities.

Sources of Personal Data

Dexsport may collect Personal Data directly from users, automatically through the Interface, or from third-party and public sources where permitted by applicable law.

Users may provide Identity Data and Contact Data through compliant interaction points, including whitelist-enabled forms or other forms available through the Interface. Technical Data may be collected automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies. Such data helps support Interface operation, protect platform security, and measure usage performance.

Dexsport may also obtain information from third parties or public sources where this is relevant to platform operation, security, analysis, fraud prevention, or optimization.

Dexsport processes Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and only for legitimate platform-related purposes. Personal Data may be used to maintain Interface functionality, support technical operations, prevent fraud, improve platform security, evaluate performance, resolve technical issues, optimize user experience, and analyze visitor behavior.

Google Analytics may be used to analyze visitor behavior and understand how users interact with the Interface. Users may refer to Google’s privacy documentation for more information about the relevant data processing rules.

Marketing, advertising, informational, or service-related emails may be sent only where permitted by law. All such communication and related Personal Data processing must remain within the scope allowed by applicable legal requirements.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

These technologies may help maintain service operation, improve usability, analyze platform interaction, remember browser settings, measure performance, collect statistical information, and support security functions.

Users may manage cookies through the cookie banner displayed on the platform or through browser settings. Disabling cookies may cause some Interface functions to become unavailable or operate incorrectly.

Retention of Personal Data

Dexsport retains Personal Data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Retention periods may depend on operational needs, security requirements, legal obligations, accounting obligations, reporting requirements, and dispute resolution.

Relevant records are retained for at least thirty days after termination of the user relationship or relevant contract. This period may be extended where required or permitted by applicable law. Personal Data that no longer needs to be retained will be deleted, anonymized, or restricted in use.

International Processing and Transfers

Personal Data processed by Dexsport may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in other countries or regions. Data protection rules in those jurisdictions may differ from the rules in force in the user’s place of residence.

Dexsport will take reasonable measures in accordance with applicable laws to safeguard the security of Personal Data throughout transfer, storage, and processing.

Security and Data Integrity

Privacy and security are core principles of the Dexsport platform. Dexsport uses technical and organizational measures to help protect Personal Data against risks such as unauthorized access, misuse, leakage, loss, alteration, tampering, or unauthorized disclosure.

Encryption protocols and security software may be used for data transmission where appropriate. However, electronic storage and transmission cannot guarantee absolute security. Users should therefore remain cautious when using the Interface and take reasonable steps to protect their own devices, accounts, and access credentials.
